ELIGIBILITY

The ISSA x Reign Scholarship Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada over the age of 18. Employees of REIGN Total Body Fuel “the Partner” and International Sports Sciences Association (“ISSA”), their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies as well as their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and their respective household members, are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. All decisions made by ISSA in connection with this Contest, including without limitation, decisions related to eligibility requirements, are final and binding.

ISSA reserves the right to reject any entry if, in its sole discretion, the laws of an applicable jurisdiction, including but not limited to the entrant’s jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, would prohibit or limit ISSA from proceeding with the Contest as intended or the consideration or awarding of any prize would impose additional administrative, tax, operational, or legal obligations on ISSA. ISSA reserves the right to disqualify any person that violates these Official Rules or tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Contest as solely determined by ISSA.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest begins at 6 a.m. PT on October 18th, 2023 and ends at 12:00 p.m. PT on November 1st, 2023 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of ISSA, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in the Contest, contestants must complete and submit the form available at: https://issaonline.com/reign. Within this form, contestants must include all required information including name, email, phone number, instagram handle, Age, and confirmation of an eligible location. Each completed and submitted form will be considered an entry.

Limited to one entry per person, per household. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

In order to be deemed eligible for participation and to be deemed a valid Contest entry, the entry must meet the following conditions:

it must not defame or invade the publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights;

it must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of ISSA, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.

it must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of the United States or any jurisdiction where the entry was created.

it must not contain corrupted files, viruses, or any other similar software files, the intent of which is to damage the operation of another’s computer.

CONTEST JUDGING CRITERIA
Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria: (1) entrant provided all information requested and meets all the eligibility requirements (2) entrant's social media profile is public (3) entrant has a sufficient following and engagement (4) entrants social media posts are fitness related (5) entrant is professional (6) entrant upholds similar values to ISSA;. Judging will be conducted by a panel of judges to be selected by ISSA in its sole discretion (the “Panel”). The Panel will evaluate all valid entries and select the winners from all eligible entries. 

POTENTIAL WINNER REQUIREMENTS

A total of 25 winners will be selected (the “Winners”). All judging decisions are final. Please do not contact ISSA about the status of entries or judging.

Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, including proof of age, and liability/publicity release within 14 days. If a potential winner fails to return these requested documents on time, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place.

PRIZE

ISSA will select and award the prize to twenty five (25) Winners. Each Winner will receive one type of prize (the “Prize”):

• 1 (One) Enrollment info ISSA's Master Trainer Program
          - Personal Trainer Certification
          - Nutritionist Program
          - Choice of 4 Additional Specializations
• 1 (One) Opportunity to become a Reign  ambassador.
• 1 (One) Opportunity to become an ISSA ambassador.

The Prize must be redeemed on or before 11/20/23 at 12 p.m. PT. If a prize is unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited and ISSA may or may not, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

Winners are responsible for paying any taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above, including, but not limited to, customs fees, if applicable. Prizes may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. A Winner may not request cash or a substitute prize.

RESULTS

The Winner will be contacted and notified directly by ISSA via the information provided in the entry (e.g., email, phone, or social media message). In the event the Winner has provided faulty contact information, an alternate Winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way, ISSA may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest; or (b) award the Prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. ISSA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Contest, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, unethical or unsportsmanlike manner. ISSA’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to ISSA shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by ISSA. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless ISSA, the Partner, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) late or undelivered mail or notice; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You waive the right to claim any attorneys’ fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner grants ISSA and the Partner a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner's name, social media presence and content, and likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes.

USE OF ENTRIES

Except where prohibited, submitting an entry and participating in the Contest constitutes entrant’s release of ISSA, the Partner, and any entity acting on behalf of ISSA or the Partner from any and all claims relating to the use of entrant’s entry, social media pages, and/or social media content.

By agreeing to these terms, the entrant approves to share their collected contact information and authorizes ISSA and the Partner to contact and solicit the entrant with the provided information.

DISPUTES

You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Maricopa County, Arizona. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of ISSA or the Partner in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Arizona.

To request a printed copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your request to ISSA, 11201 N. Tatum Blvd Ste 300 PMB 28058 — Phoenix AZ 85028-6039, USA, Attention: REIGN Scholarship Winners List. Requests must be received within 45 days of the Entry Period.
